Three haiku today, born of things that have happened to me (for, as the great Terry Pratchett would say, a given value of “happened”) this week. Probably a bit cryptic; I will explain them later.
He stood up alone,
With just his voice; listening
Grew like a flower.
Time’s passing marks me.
You can see here on my skin
What I have loved.
The universe speaks.
I am afraid, for I know
One day I must hear.

The second one – another tattoo? If so I should have looked this morning!

Oh yes. Three more, actually. But don’t worry, they’re not happening until 2nd January and I shall DEFINITELY be blogging about it! Also, you win the prize of a year’s supply of cheese scones (redeemable at the Lido on Sunday mornings) for Most Attentive Reader of this Blog 🙂

And yes, sort of a concert – it was a music evening with people from the Lido in a local pub – the Lido Shuffle. A fab way to spend a Saturday night 🙂
